No Customer Service

I have a question and there is no answer at the Customer Service number. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the product. At the very least they could answer the phone or respond to emails.

Just answer my questions to start with.

I have not heard from them whatsoever

want to know what the error code E9 is all about. Have called them in the past about four times. I was put on hold for many minutes and no one answered the phone or left any messages on the phone.

POOR CUTOMER SERVICE

I have been on the phone hours without anyone answering. Also, I have sent two emails in the last month about returning the Duet and I have not received a response from Nuwave.

User's recommendation: I would think twice about buying anything from them.

Can't get anybody to call us back about our oven

We just bought a Bravo smart oven and it needs replacing, and we don't know how to go about doing it, no one will respond we have been trying for over a full week and nothing, now we just want our money back. We would have never ordered it if we knew it was going to turn into such an inconvenience, I think it's plum ridiculous to not have anybody at all, answering the phone, from somewhere, we are stuck with an oven that's been paid for, and we can't even use it, We are very disappointed please let us know what to do call at 904329****,asap, thank you!!

We need to return our Nuwave airfryer oven. It is not what we expected. It can not function as a microwave. Also, I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes on your call line with no response. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am extremely frustrated. You make it very simple to order. Now you are making it almost impossible to process a return. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if I do not get a response within 24 hours.

I have not received anything from NUwave. I called them about four times and was put on hold eCH TIME AND NOBODY ANSWERED. I have boughten many products from them, but I will never do that again.

Problem with temperture control

My nuwave unit (model # 36011) will not stay on the temp. I select. It always goes back to 360 degrees. No one picks up the phone at 1 87********.

I bought unwavering air fryer brio on May 1 I just got it out of the box today May 4 I plugged it in on it just turned on. No way to turn off. Press on button and nothing happens it just stays on. I unplugged again and plug in and still stays on never turns off. Need to be replaced or something.

Cannot reach anyone at customer service.

I am aware of COVID 19 however, this company is giving top priority to taking new ordered and explaining high call volume on everything else. I was told that there was no time to cancel my order after placing it because it was being shipped immediately. No order number was given said they will call I've received no call.

UNACCEPTABLE

The customer service here is horrible. I tried numerous times to get in touch with someone about a defective product. No one answers the phone. You have to leave a message. Can't get phone calls back or responses to emails. The product quit working, then started working again, then wouldn't turn off, then wouldn't work again. Had to mail it back which cost me $35! Totally unacceptable since the product was defective! I have now spent $115 and nothing to show for it!
