Won't sell individual part

my heating element burned out. I took it apart, very simple job, and found they will only sell me the entire dome unit , part should cost about 7-8 dollars Angry . can not find part anywhere else..

Blows breakers

my pic started making a loud whine and then blew the breaker. I purchased it on line from walmart. I was told i would have to pay 30.00 shipping to return a 4 month old unit that cost me 70.00. Not happy. Most of the ladies in my family have at least 1 of your units, I will be sure to let them know not to replace them, as I did.

Misleading video demonstrations

I like Nuwave products and have purchased a number of them. I am not impressed with how the company advertises things and under-delivers. My latest purchase is the Moxie Vacuum blender. In the demonstration video they show a nice Travel Jar with Vacuum Technology as one of the accessories. Looks great, but when you order they have no idea what you're talking about so of course you won't get it with your Moxie. And then there's the Manual/Recipe booklet. The videos show a number of good-looking concoctions that entice you to buy the product but they don't put them in their booklet. Figure it out on your own. In the past I've seen this problem for their oven, PIC, Brio, and Nutri-Pot. Perhaps they think everyone is an experienced cook that just knows all the basics so they only print fancy recipes. If you're marketing new technology, you should work from the premise that people will want to know how to do basic cooking/preparations with your products. Then you can branch out to more flashy recipes.

Mine came the same way. I emailed for a replacement.

In the meantime, I want to use my fryer! I found the instruction manual with recipes here : https://nuwavenow.com/Pdf/Brio_10qt_manual.pdf I was able to learn how to use the darn thing and I printed off several recipes I want to try, like bacon-wrapped onion rings and chicken wings.

I received your product for Christmas 2017. O have had to replace he basket and bin 3 TIMES..... the 3rd one I have handled with kid gloves to not have the same problems from the past. Again I have peeling paint in the base. I WILL NOT REPLACE ANOTHER PART. I WILL CHANGE PRODUCTS ALL TOGETHER.I will tell EVERYONE that I have recommended this product too and post on social media pictures of the problem..... Catherine Rowe

Not a happy customer

we purchased the nuwave oven, with a free one, as well. my wife has not been happy with the product nor being able to speak with a live human being. Worse, no one returns call, We need to return this product for a full refund. please call 361-446-**** and leave your name and direct line number to speak with an agent.
