Cracking of the plastic domes after some use

Over a number of years I have purchased 3 of the nuwave dome cookers, I will say they do cook food very well and I like that however my only complaint is the domes. After so much use they start to crack. I have found that it must have something to do with the extreme heat inside the dome. The first time it happened I just ordered a new dome in fact i did this twice. But I find that for the cost of the dome and shipping it is just as cost effecient to just purchase a whole new machine, which I have done twice now. I can't believe I'm the only person who has had problems with these domes. Who does the quality control with these items, as there is something wrong with them, also your shipping fees are terrible, I don't think I everpurchase another one of these machines unless you can guarantee me that something has been done with these plastic domes. After owing and using 3 of these nuwave domed cooking machines all plastic domes eventually cracked,making them useless. Had one dome sent to me under the warrenty, the others because of the cost of the shipping I just discarded the machines, it was cheaper to just buy a whole new machine.

I bought the NuWave 13qt pressure cooker, used it once, didn't fully cook the beans, so unplugged it, tried to reset it and a E4 came up in the window, I called Nuwave and talked to a Desire, no help,

I contacted NuWave about replacing the cooker. Desire, the lady I talked with said she would send all info I needed to me by email. I gave her my email address and it's been two days, no email. I ordered this in Oct of 2017, used it only once this month, Feb of 2018 because of being out of state in between. The lady at Nuwave said her supervisor said it was not under warranty. It's not been a year. I am so disappointed in NuWave. I really wanted this pressure cooker. but I want to buy from a company that you can depend on, that stands behind their product. NuWave evidently doesn't do that

Crap customer service

I have a NuWave Cast Iron Grill that cracked while I was cooking. The manual for the grill shows a 10 year warranty. I called customer service and they argued that the warranty was only 1 year; it was a typo on the manual. I am not accepting that, I have a paper that says 10 years and I have not received an addendum to correct the typo, so the 10 year warranty is valid. They said that they couldn't replace the grill because they don't carry it anymore and they would not refund me the cost of the grill. I will NEVER again purchase from NuWave and I will make sure anyone I hear wanting to buy from them is warned.

Purchased air fryer 1-20 on first use fan making noise rubbing against metal called 1-23 lady said email a copy of receipt and they would get back within 3 days called back on 1-30 lady said will contact me soon as of today still not heard from them worst customer service ever

On hold way to Long . Half my order didn't come but yet package said it was. Called in after 45 minutes talked to a human . Reshipped going out . Arrived Thursday only to find one thing still missing and two items wrong color . Now book being sent by mail now . So I have to wait 7 to 14 days . Yet I paid 20 dollars for shipping in the beginning . They should giving me back my shipping for all this B.S. .And as for wrong color have to keep it because they have no more of my color . Gave me a lousy 5 dollars back . After all this B.S . and waiting on the phone and waiting for my entire order . They could have done something for me . This place is a joke . Just bought two if there items . Was going to buy more . But think going to different maker . VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER . NOW TO WAIT TWO MORE WEEKS FOR BOOK . SHOULD HAVE BEEN MAILED OVERNIGHT . I WAITED LONG ENOUGH. AND PAID TO HAVE IT ALREADY . SHAME ON NUWAVENOW . TWO THUMPS DOWN TO THEM.

Your Customer service is the worst!

Waited on hold for an hour and a half to speak to a representative in customer service. Never spoke to anyone after 90 minutes! Hung up! I’m done with Nuwave

I have been on hold for over 30 mins. so far and am still on hold and they keep saying that my call is important to them.

Don't think so or it would have been answered way before this. I love my NuWave but the customer service needs some service.

FANTASTIC OVEN - CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!!!

We have owned the Oven Pro series since 2005 when our double oven crashed and to get us thru till we got a new double oven. Love it, Love it, Love it. So much so we never replaced the double oven. We've owned several of the Pro's & given them as gifts. HOWEVER, Your customer service not just stinks, IT SUCKS!!! I have an issue on a simple order - a Dome. ***Your customer service reps do not return emails in a timely manner - going on day 5 and NOTHING. And I emailed several customer service people. ***You are put on ignore via the phone. Not several minutes but HOURS. You Still do not pick up. Or Love this one. On hold for over 20 minutes - you disconnect us and we have to call back. No Cool! Has happened several times just today. Not including the multiple times each day over the last 5 days. ***Per your phone message I can do live chat. REALLY, Don't think so. Went to the recommended site via phone msg and no where did I see a 'chat' button, tag, verbiage of any kind. Maybe I am blind, not the first won't be the last. But people, seriously. Old saying in business: "You succeed in spite of yourselves"

Wow, either it was you folks posting this or extremely coincidental but with in an hour of writing my review I received an email from NuWave Customer service telling me that my product will be shipped along with a tracking number. Very Cool.

Huge Thank you to you here at PissedConsumer and to NuWave stepping up and doing what was right. This time in a timely manner.

Get back with me so I can get my dome. Plz & thk you. - Value of Loss - I wanted to put down TIME & USAGE. I don't want $$$ I just want my dome in a timely manner. Awesome product. Yea, I have had to replace my dome basically once every couple of years.

False Advertising when purchased in strore.

The Nuwave box says you can slow cook and do cannng in the pot, BUT you have to have a lid and rack to do that, which are not included. NuWave does NOT sell those parts separately, so this pot WILL NOT DO WHAT IT SAID IT WOULD DO.

Same thing here! The previous air fryer did the same thing and I returned it.

I hope they can get the technology down on this because I love the idea of air frying and the times I used it have been quite favorable. Returned merchandise is not profit people so at this rate I am not sure that any of these companies will be in business if the problems are not corrected.
