Trying to get information on how to return nuwave oven.

I have got no information back from them. They have my money so they will not answer.

I sent them a. letter with copies of my order but so far nothing. They do not answer my phone call and if I do get through they put me on hold. I just want to send it back and get my money back.

How hard can that be. Yes I am upset.

nothing happened I just do not want this product. Is that so hard to understand. I just want to return it and get my money back.

The Temperature probe was not in the box; with the rest of the items.

No response for a week now

I sent the Brio new wave back to the address that it said and it came back no such address! I have sent emails to them, waited onvtge phone 5 days in a row for over 30 minutes each time and no response! I guess it's time to call the Attorney General!

Power Source

It cannot run without a power source! Does it run by electrical cord plug in or on a battery source. If a battery, what size battery and how long does it run on a battery charge, is it chargeable ????????

Returning my recent purchase of air fryer

I didn't care for the Brio Nuwave. I tried to send it back to an address in the box for exchanges/refunds and I got it back saying there was no such address! I paid $60 to send it back and I cannot afford to do it again. I want my money back and they pay to have it shipped back to them. I have tried calling for 3 days now and waited 30 minutes each time and I hung up. Not happy!!!

User's recommendation: Don't buy it! Customer service is terrible!

Only use once and cannot turn on

Just purchase at Costco first time use all went well , when I went to use it again the new wave brio 6-QT air fryer would not turn on . Unplugged waited tried again and it does not turn on purchased August 3 2020

Why am I having to go through you, I wanted to talk to their customer service directly, but they seem to not allow me to do that! Takes a lot of time to preheat then it cooks the food I want something more instantly also the wire racks seem to fall down once I pull it further out. This happens on all levels of the rack.

P/h issue

I ordered (1105**** skillet/1300wat. Forgot to add in the bruhub backto school bundle/ water/coffie delux. This was to save me p/h. How can i correct my mistake so i wont have to send the skillet back just to reorder bothe products.

Ordered product never delivered even though ads appear it is available

1 month ago I ordered 2 nuwave oxipures and they have not been shipped yet i keep seeing ads for them. If they cannot meet demand they should not advertise.
