Cant talk to customer service. been on hold for 35 min. ready to just return product

Have been trying for a week to talk to customer service.This is definately not worth the trouble I have had.

My oxpure return label has not been emailed yet. it was supose to be emailed on the 7 of June

I am waiting for the return label to be emailed to me for the return of the oxypure smart air purifier. order number OVN2-16**** ITEM 47003 UNDER JODI BUCKETT. I spoke to your ep yesterday and she had sent over the info and now i am still waiting for the return label for my shipment back to get it fixed or a new one.. Can you have one return label sent to me today so i can resolve this issue. Jodi

cannot close door into base properly. I received excellent response and a new base was sent to me. Just received it it but it does not include the drawer insert.. .. it came without the necessary door basket.. Nuwave pic button labels break exposing buttons underneath

We have two Nuwave PICs which we use every day. We love them, and almost never use the range. But The labels covering the buttons are breaking exposing the buttons underneath. If we had the stick on the button label strip we could stick it over the one with broken labels and thus repair the PICs. Is it possible to send us the label strips? Or buy them?

Did not order product. Returned unopened. No refund.....$600.00

I received a Nuwave Oxypure that I DID NOT ORDER. I returned it unopened by to UPS. Nuwave refunded $42.00 on my credit card (apparently shipping). They claim they have also refunded $599.94 for refund BUT THEY NEVER DID!!!! Nothing has shown up on my credit card, which I froze because I don't know how NUwave got my CC in the first place. FRAUD

User's recommendation: Don't accept ANY packages and cancel CC. Nuwave making unauthorized charges and shipments.

VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY

THE OVEN WE PURCHASED CAME OUT OF THE BOX DAMAGED. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I HAD TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DAMAGED. THEN THEY TRIED TO SAY I DID NOT RETURN WITHIN THE 90 DAYS RETURN PERIOD EVEN THOUGH I HAD PROOF I DID. THANK GOODNESS WE USED OUR AMEX CARD AND THEY HELPED US RESOLVE THIS MATTER.

Equipment failure

I have a nuwave pressure cooker that stopped working about three months after purchase.ot about four uses.

User's recommendation: Just go to Walmart and purchase similar item that does the same thing for half the money.

No complaints. I just want a Quick Start Guide for a NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop PRO

I rediscovered my NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop PRO. I bought it via TV on March 11, 2014. But cannot find a Quick Start Guide, if ever there was one. Can I get one from you? I want to make macaroni and cheese and the temperature control ensures the milk will stay creamy (not coagulate).

I have a melted dome . and no one will answer me. im trying to buy the dome.

I already decided to purchase the plastic clear dome , however everytime i call i'm on hold for at least 45minutes and then no one answers. How can you do business that way? and your websites says your sold out , but customer service says the senior department has them , but they never answer. AGAIN HOW CAN YOU DO BUSINESS THAT WAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I received my new wave oven as a gift and after 3 months my dome melted and cracked off in pieces and my dome melted to my grill. I need a new dome . but no one will help . I didn't know it was supposed to melt' . My model is 20354 Help me darn it.

No response from nuwave

I purchased a duet pressure cooker air fry combo and recieved bruhub coffee maker free 29.95 for shipping,in July2020. The coffee maker stopped working in Feb. I have called numerous times and keep getting the same reply "someone from technical will call you right back" needless to say I haven't heard anything.
