I have not heard from them. I’m sure they received the order.
NuWave Now - The basket doesn’t close in tightly.
After the 2nd time I used it the basket didn’t fit in tightly. So the cooking process would stop. If I held it in it would start. I need a new basket to fit or a whole new unit.
