Missing parts

I bough a Nuwave Bravo XL Model# 20801....serial# EN1912-01*-***B...And I was missing two parts 1) Temperature Probe Part# 26808 2) The top Enamel broiler rack Part#26806...the enamel baking pan was included.

Electric skillet

I have tried for several months calling but always have to wait until I just give up, I am very unhappy with the new electric skillet model #31825XL16". It does not heat evenly and it has a dark place in the skillet where the coils underneath are. This is the first product of nuwave I have purchased and I am not very happy. It claims that it heats evenly but it definately does NOT. Do you think I might have a faulty one? Please advise. I would send a picture but dont know how to attach. I dont care to post this. I just want customer service to reply to my complaint

No response. I asked a simple question. And got no where with you. How to change temp on a nuwave 14 quart airair fryer from centigrade to Fahrenheit

Racks won't stay on holders. DANGEROUS WHEN HOT

Racks fall down when they are slid out (even slightly) resulting in spills, and burns... not acceptable, and very dangerous.

My Nuwave airfryer did not come with a manual, after contacting them I was informed that because I bought my unit at an unauthorized dealership (bought at a warehouse) they could not send me a manual...wth...

The air purifiers are faulty

I ordered 3 Nuwave air purifiers and they all malfunctioned they put soot all over my walls and carpet and it let out a real bad Oder I have almost every thing they sell and am not happy about none of them it's all a scam.

No response to my inquiry. Tried to call, no one answers.

I inquired how to change temperature from centigrade to Fahrenheit on my nuwave 14 qt brio air fryer. Instead of just answering my question you sent me to a site for customers to answer. No one responded however you did post my e mail and phone number. Which I am not happy about.No wonder your site is called pissed consumer. Poor customer service. Also the fryer is not working properly. What a waste of money. Shirley DiPerna.

Nuwave replaced my unit w/o delay and it works fine.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE

I called nuwavennow.com several times yesterday, before I reached anyone and after being on hold about 30 minutes. Needed to know where to send or take my machine for repair, since it STILL UNDER WARRANTY. Reached someone by the name of Alex M, when we got disconnected, she then called me and left vm with her email address alexm@***.com. Emailed her. She then requested the model#, serial#, when order#, who the seller was and when purchased. I gave her the information but still have not heard back from her nor have i heard back from the help@***.com on their website. I have not a clue as to why giving me instructions on how to handle the repair situation.

User's recommendation: Understand at the outset Nuwave customer service is really bad. Product itself is great.

I recently received my oven with bent pans and trays , one tray had piece sticking through box, it was packed that way . No one returns e-mail after multiple attempts, it has been two full days and still nothing.

Very poor / non existent customer service , recommendation ?

Seems to work ok but due to. Bad service I will be looking for a different brand .Joel

Does not work for me.I

I have thick carpets and it will not roll on them and I have to struggle with it to get it to move. I have been trying to get in touch with you for a month. Have called numerous times and could not get through. Sent three emails and just received my first response. I need to know what to do and where to return it.

Poor customer service

My nuwave bravo xl oven doesnt have the led lights so I cannot use it. There has been no response to my emails and no one answers the phone for customer service. This is outrageous. Be ware
